Refund policy

Returns must be in original condition and unused.  Customer must return tires to pickup location.  There is a 10% restocking fee if refund is requested in the form of original payment method.  If you would like to exchange tires for a different size or brand, you will receive full credit for the return and it will be applied to a new purchase.  If a tire is found to be defective during or immediately after installation, contact us for replacement, although this is very rare.  Do not drive on a defective tire, that may void our defect replacement guarantee with the manufacturer.  Please remember, returns must be in original condition and unused.
